The Listening event is a consultation with NHS Berkshire West Clinical Commissioning Group on developing their new strategy for working with the Voluntary and Community Sector across West Berkshire, Reading, Bracknell and Wokingham.
The Volunteer Centre is hosting the Listening Event in Newbury for the Berkshire West Clinical Commissioning Group at Newbury College, Monks Lane, Newbury RG14 7TD on Wednesday 27th June, 2018 from 9:00am – 12:30pm followed by a hot and cold buffet lunch.
Attending this event will give you an opportunity to discuss what needs to happen in order to achieve an effective partnership between the Voluntary and Community Sector the Clinical Commissioning Group. Sarah Garner, Director of Joint Commissioning Berkshire West Clinical Commissioning Group, will open the consultation with a presentation on the Clinical Commissioning Group heading priorities and an explanation of local NHS structures and the current commissioning process.

At this stage the listening event consultations will cover relationships with the Berkshire West Clinical Commissioning Group only. The strategy may be reviewed and extended to include the Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Trust and the Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust once the Berkshire West Health Care System is embedded.
