Able Active Friends Mortimer has been commissioned by West Berkshire PCT in response to changes in community care, providing a mobile day service for lonely, isolated older people living in Mortimer and surrounding areas.
The group is run by Woodley Age Concern, a locally based charity specialising in care and running activity clubs for older people.
