Money Matters for older people with age UK Berkshire

Voice of Disability
We’re inviting people with disabilities and their carers to come to the Thatcham Catholic Hall on November 15th to speak out about the health & social care issues that concern them; no matter how big or small the issue. West Berkshire World Food Day

Daylight Saving

As we fall back an hour due to daylight saving, be mindful that even tiny time changes can affect your health. The change to your natural circadian rhythm can lead to grogginess & loss of mental acuity, early sunsets can lead to depression and people suffering from falls, particularly if they suffer from a chronic illness or are elderly.
