Whilst the national plan has set some clear goals, it’s up to local areas to decide how they’re achieved. Have your say and help the NHS invest in the right support. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is calling for people to speak up about their experiences of care, as new research shows that people in the South East regret not raising concerns about their care, while people who do raise concerns, do see improvements. Healthwatch England have received reports about medicine being out of stock, and reports that people have been given wrong medicine. You can read about this on their website.
