launches foreign language video
A series of foreign language videos featuring hospital staff talking in their native languages, stressing the importance of attending hospital for appointments and other treatments has been launched earlier this week.
Four films in Polish, Nepalese, Portuguese, and Swahili have been made with clinicians and other health care staff from the Royal Berkshire Hospital. Further languages including Arabic and Punjabi are to be added to the list over the next few weeks.
The films have been made because it seems some people are still reluctant to attend because of Covid.
