Are you feeling S.A.D.?

The nights are getting shorter, and it's getting darker much earlier, you may start to feel different in yourself, and some of the symptoms below may be affecting you.

If so, you may have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). These feelings can be changed, and there are ways to help yourself start to feel better.

Try to get as much natural sunlight as possible, and make your work and home environments as light and airy as you can.

Sit near windows when you're indoors, take plenty of regular exercise, particularly outdoors and in daylight, and keep hydrated.
