Happy New Year from Healthwatch West Berkshire!

As we step into 2026, we’re excited to continue working with you to make health and social care services the best they can be for everyone in our community.

At the beginning of this year, we’ll be focusing on two key areas:

• Pharmacy First – We want to hear your experiences of using local pharmacies for advice and treatment.

• Men’s Health – We’ll be gathering feedback on how services support men’s health needs and where improvements can be made.

We have also been looking at the Find A Dentist website, and contacting the dentists to ensure the information provided is correct, and would love to hear from anyone who attends or has recently over the last 3 months attended the Great Western Hospital in Swindon for treatment.

Your voice matters. So, if you have concerns about your GP surgery, doctors, hospitals, social care services, or anything else related to health and wellbeing, please share them with us.

You can do this anonymously, and every piece of feedback helps us work with service providers to make positive changes for residents across West Berkshire.
