How do I get a fit note?

Do you need to get a fit note to either stay at, or return to work? Nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists and physiotherapists can now sign and authorise this for you. Find out more below.

A new version of the fit note was introduced last year, and can now be authorised digitally removing the need for it to be signed in ink, as was originally required. You can now receive your note digitally too. Find out more about Fit Notes below.
