Share your views on Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services in Bucks, Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) is about to redesign its non-emergency patient transport services and wants to hear from service users and / or their carers about what the new service should look like.

What is non-emergency patient transport?

Non-emergency patient transport services provide free transport services for people who need to travel to or from hospital or a medical appointment but are unable to travel without specialist support. For example, for people with severe mobility difficulties or who need extra support during a journey.

Take our survey

In redesigning non-emergency patient transport, it is essential for us to gather the experiences of non-emergency patient transport users and their family / carers. This provides us with invaluable insight to identify new and innovative ways to review the service for everyone who uses it.

If you, or somebody you care for, is a user of non-emergency patient transport, the NHS would like to invite you to take our survey below:

If you would like a printed copy of the survey, or require information in a different language, please email engagement.bobics@nhs.net

You can also share your views by writing to us at Freepost BOB INTEGRATED CARE BOARD. (When using this address, please ensure you write in capital letters).

Thank you – we look forward to hearing from you!
