We’re pleased to share our Healthwatch West Berkshire Annual Report for 2024/25, a look back at the work we’ve done to make sure your voices are heard in health and social care.

This report is full of your experiences, your feedback, and your ideas, all of which have helped shape and improve local services over the past year. Whether you filled in a survey, spoke to us at an event, or asked for help navigating care, your voice has made a difference.

We know many of you will have seen the government’s recent announcement to abolish Healthwatch.

Like you, we’re deeply saddened by this news. But until any legal changes are made, we are still here — still listening, still speaking up for you, and still working to make care better.

So please keep talking to us. Your stories matter, and we’re proud to be the ones making sure they’re heard.
