Healthwatch West Berks have been working with Healthwatch Reading and Healthwatch Wokingham to discover what people know about the new way of working in GP surgeries, the new roles of members of staff that you may see and your thoughts on the NHS app.
We have been out into the community and held focus groups and online sessions, and would very much like to thank all of you who have participated. If you were unable to join us either at a group or online, you are still able to let us know your thoughts and share your experiences via the survey which can be found below.
